Individual Personal Training (1 person : 1 trainer)
Exercise in one of Central Austin’s premier private training studios at a time that fits your schedule. With 1 on 1 training you will have access to the Austin Fitness Clinic for personal training sessions as many days each week as you like!
Gain access to specialized attention and fitness coaching to help you address your individual goals and overcome your barriers. Improve your overall quality of life through small lifestyle changes that ensure you continuously make progress towards accomplishing your goals. Progress will be tracked in detail or on a monthly basis to ensure our exercise program is moving in the right direction.
All new clients are given the option to take part in a comprehensive fitness assessment that will identify postural deviations, muscle imbalances, and limitations to flexibility. The information gained from this assessment will help with the overall program design and guarantee success for everyone!

Buddy Personal Training (2 people : 1 trainer)
Exercise with a friend, co-worker, or loved one at the Austin Fitness Clinic or at an outdoor location you choose to help increase your motivation and decrease the costs associated with personal training.
Comprehensive fitness assessments are offered to both individuals with the purpose of identifying postural deviations, muscle imbalances, and limitations to flexibility. The information gained from this assessment will help ensure the overall exercise program design is both effective and efficient. Progress can be tracked for yourself, to compare with your buddy, or both.
Buddy training will be very similar to individual personal training, so why not bring a friend or spouse with you to the gym each time you go?

Group Personal Training (3-10 people : 1 trainer)
Exercise in a small group at an outdoor location you choose or at the Austin Fitness Clinic and positively impact multiple lives as we help improve you and your friends’ health and wellness.
Comprehensive fitness assessments OR basic fitness assessments will be conducted for everyone during the first few sessions in order to provide us with valuable information that will help ensure the overall exercise program design is both effective and efficient. Progress is tracked from the first session to ensure EVERYONE is moving in the right direction towards their individual goals and aspirations.
