In fact, we hear you so well that we agree: the current trends in health and wellness aren’t designed for real people needing real change.
And if you’re like most people, you may have tried things like “Great Abs in 20 Minutes” and “The Get So Skinny You’ll Want to Die…Literally” diet and you have decided that diet and exercise don’t work for you. Which, yes… anyone expecting great abs in twenty minutes is destined for failure and disappointment.
That’s why we like to look at wellness a different way. A Sustainable Way.
Sustainable Wellness is the backbone of our Revolution.
There are two steps to Sustainable Wellness:
- Stop Preventing.
- Start Reinventing.
So let’s check those steps out, shall we?
1. Stop Preventing
This means removing preventive medicine from your wellness vocabulary.
Men and women need goals to strive for and prevention is not tangible enough to serve as a goal. After all, if you’re working out and eating well to prevent the side-effects of an unhealthy lifestyle… when do you reach your goal? Every day? No day? The day after tomorrow?
If you’re exercising for prevention… failure is lurking close-by.
2. Start Reinventing
To reinvent, you must take control of your goals in wellness and make them “sustainable.”
What does that mean? Well, let’s look at a couple examples to find out.
